I wanted to model a mechanical system that demonstrates rotational motion and alignment between moving parts.

I designed interlocking gears with proper spacing and tolerances to simulate smooth motion. I focused on clean geometry and assembly relationships.

Getting gear alignment correct so teeth meshed realistically without overlap.

I learned how important tolerances and precise dimensions are in rotational systems.

Animate the assembly and test motion simulation under load conditions with Fusion.
