GOAL

Bridge communication gaps by converting visual input (typed text, handwriting, and ASL gestures) into Morse code output.

MY APPROACH

I built a system combining computer vision and embedded hardware. The camera processes input, converts it into characters, and sends signals to an Arduino-driven LED which blinked in Morse code.

CHALLENGES

Stabilizing gesture detection and reducing misclassification errors.

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned how software and hardware integration requires clean communication protocols and signal timing.

NEXT IMPROVEMENT

Improve detection accuracy and transfer skill into signaling mechanical parts instead of LEDs..
